Pray for me, brothers, today and tomorrow as I study Exodus 17 in preparation of teaching tomorrow night. I'm trying to understand the role of Moses as mediator and of the staff in salvation and judgment. Also, how God stands before Moses on the rock of Horeb, understanding that with Paul's presentation in 1 Corinthians 10 of Christ being the rock that sends life-giving water to the grumbling Israelites.
May the Word be honored, Christ be exalted, and the bride be beautified!
